How long does it take to get my jewellery?

For in-stock items, they will be processed and dispatched within a week.

For custom made items, please allow 3-4 weeks depending on the complexity.

Shipping Fees:

We offer FREE SHIPPING worldwide on all items.

Please note that shipping fees do not include duties, and taxes. The amount of duties, and taxes may vary depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and will be assessed by the customs office in the respective country. We also does not ship to P.O. boxes.

Domestic (Hong Kong only) Shipping

Hong Kong: 2-3 business days

Domestic orders will be delivered by SF Express. Pick-up from our office in Central can be ready on the same day but may take up to 3 business days, we will confirm the availability date once your order has been received.

For custom order, since it is crafted especially for you, please allow 3-4 weeks depending on complexity. 

Please be aware that there may be occasional delays during peak seasons, including holidays.
